Welcome to THRIVE, a FUTURIOS initiative. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the THRIVE website, digital marketing training programmes, learning materials, live sessions, assessments and related services.
By accessing this website, submitting an admission form, enrolling in a programme or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About THRIVE
THRIVE provides live online training, practical assignments, digital learning materials, career-support services and other educational programmes. References to “THRIVE,” “FUTURIOS,” “we,” “our” or “us” refer to the organisation operating this website and providing the programme.
2. Programme Information
We aim to present accurate information about programme duration, curriculum, fees, batches, tools, instructors and learning outcomes. Programme schedules, modules, instructors, tools or delivery methods may occasionally change because of operational, academic or technical requirements. Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners.
3. Eligibility and Admission
Admission may be subject to seat availability, application review, screening, assessment or payment confirmation. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We may accept or decline an application when eligibility requirements are not met or a batch has reached capacity. Learners must provide complete and accurate information during registration.
4. Fees and Payments
The applicable programme fee will be communicated before enrolment. Admission is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and acknowledged. Any payment-related taxes, transaction charges or instalment conditions will be communicated during admission. Learners should retain their payment receipt or confirmation.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, transfer and refund requests will be handled according to the refund policy communicated during enrolment. A learner must submit any request in writing within the applicable period. Refund eligibility may depend on the date of the request, programme commencement, classes attended, learning materials accessed and administrative costs already incurred. No refund will be issued merely because a learner does not attend scheduled sessions or complete the programme after access has been provided, except where otherwise stated in the applicable refund policy or required by law.
6. Live Classes and Attendance
Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and maintaining the internet connection, device, software and other equipment needed to participate. Class timings may be rescheduled when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected learners. Recordings may be provided for selected sessions but are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the programme.
7. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, presentations, templates, assignments, recordings, designs, documents and other educational content supplied by THRIVE or FUTURIOS are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Learners receive a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use these materials for their own education. Learners must not copy, resell, publish, upload, distribute, record, reproduce or commercially exploit programme content without written permission. Account access, class links and learning materials must not be shared with another person.
8. Acceptable Conduct
Learners must communicate respectfully with instructors, staff and other participants. Harassment, abusive conduct, impersonation, cheating, plagiarism, unauthorised recording, disruption of sessions or misuse of programme resources may result in suspension or removal from the programme. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination of access without a refund, subject to applicable law.
9. Assessments, Certificates and Experience Letters
Certificates, work-experience letters or other completion documents are issued only when the learner satisfies the applicable attendance, assignment, assessment, conduct and programme-completion requirements. Enrolment or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate or work-experience letter. We may verify submitted work and withhold completion documents where plagiarism, misrepresentation or non-compliance is identified.
10. Career and Placement Assistance
Career assistance may include resume guidance, mock interviews, assessments, case assignments, job notifications, application support or referrals. Career assistance does not constitute a guarantee of an internship, interview, employment, salary, promotion or placement. Final hiring decisions are made independently by employers. In-house opportunities at FUTURIOS are subject to role availability, performance, eligibility and the applicable selection process.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Tools
The programme or website may use or link to third-party tools, websites and services, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, automation platforms, video-conferencing services and application forms. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, changes, outages or independent data practices.
12. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website and learning services accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may occasionally be restricted because of maintenance, technical problems, security requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
13. Privacy and Cookies
Personal information submitted through the website or during enrolment will be handled in accordance with our applicable privacy and cookie practices. The website may use essential, analytics and marketing technologies. Where required, non-essential cookies will be used according to the visitor’s consent preferences.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, THRIVE and FUTURIOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, reliance on general course information, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
